From our e-mail inbox:

9/26/2008.  Hello.  I attend Eureka High School and just wanted to inform you that today, September 26th, we swore to silence from the time the first bell rang till the very last bell of the day.  A number of people participated, and many more applauded us for standing up for what we believed to be right.  Each of us wore a red piece of tape with the word 'LIFE' on it, signifying we were choosing not to talk the whole day.  We were only allowed to talk if someone asked us what we were doing, and our response was, "I am giving up my voice for a day for those who will never have one."  It really had a powerful impact on some people, where to others our decision seemed silly.  We had an insane amount of haters... People yelling from down the hall, "It's a choice for the mother to make, not for some stupid highschooler."  But a lot of people wanted to learn more about abortion, and when we explained it to them, they made the hard choice of either being pro or con abortion, and I can safely say there are now a lot more people aware and supportive of what we stand for.

Action Alert!

Sign the Fight FOCA Petition

Barack Obama is now the incoming President.

And he made a promise to Planned Parenthood last year they expect him to keep.

"The first thing I’d do as President is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. That’s the first thing I’d do."

The Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) would eliminate every restriction on abortion nationwide.

  • FOCA will do away with state laws on parental involvement, on partial birth abortion, and on all other protections.
  • FOCA will compel taxpayer funding of abortions.
  • FOCA will force faith-based hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform abortions.
